Formally a Magazine Publisher in London for over 25 years, A-C became a chef after a nasty accident made her re-evaluate her life completely.
The restaurant, now in its eighth year, dishes up classic brasserie dishes using locally sourced seasonal food with a keen focus on seafood and fish dishes. A self-taught chef, A-C is all about keeping things simple, allowing the key ingredients to sing and packing as much flavour into each dish as possible.
