June '22: Bouillabaisse with Anita-Clare Field

Bouillabaisse is a classic fish stew served at Michelin-starred restaurants but, like many recipes, it has humble beginnings: The traditional Provençal "fish soup" originated in the port city of Marseille where it was originally made by Marseille fishermen, using the bony rockfish which they were unable to sell to restaurants or markets.
