We primarily work with chefs from our region as we have had the pleasure to get to know them over the course of the past few years while running the annual Exmoor Food Fest which takes place in restaurants on and around Exmoor throughout February.
But no matter where in the world you are, you are most welcome to join us on our culinary journey: Our chefs are teaching you how to create stunning, restaurant-style dishes which will wow your guests anywhere.
My name is Elke Koessling Winzer, and I have been running foodie events on Exmoor for the past 8 years.
Over the past 35 years I have worked in public relations, events & media, with a strong focus on lifestyle, for the Australian government, the German entertainment industry, British local authorities and UK based hospitality businesses. Over the years I have also worked as a travel journalist and had three books published (two of them cookbooks).
I am excited to now launch a cookery academy which showcases our amazing chefs and helps kitchen amateurs like me to learn a few tricks of the trade.
