Today is finally the day that we are going live! The website still needs quite a few tweaks (does this ever stop?!?), but we are ready to announce our very first cook-along. We will be joining Anita-Clare Field in her kitchen at La Petite Bouchée in Witheridge, Devon on Tuesday, 21 June 2022, at 2pm to cook a bouillabaisse together.
We shall learn, cook and dine together!
Even if it's only 'online', we will still be able to see into each other's pots and admire the dishes once they are plated. 

The Learn * Cook * Dine Online Cookery Academy is based in Somerset, England's glorious West Country.

We primarily work with chefs from our region as we have had the pleasure to get to know them over the course of the past few years while running the annual Exmoor Food Fest which takes place in restaurants on and around Exmoor throughout February.

But no matter where in the world you are, you are most welcome to join us on our culinary journey: Our chefs are teaching you how to create stunning, restaurant-style dishes which will wow your guests anywhere.

My name is Elke Koessling Winzer, and I have been running foodie events on Exmoor since 2014.
Over the past 35 years I have worked in public relations, events & media, with a strong focus on lifestyle, for the Australian government, the German entertainment industry, British local authorities and UK based hospitality businesses. Over the years I have also worked as a travel journalist and had three books published (two of them cookbooks).

I am excited to now launch a cookery academy which showcases our amazing chefs and helps kitchen amateurs like me to learn a few tricks of the trade.
